I just took Charles Ives/Sonata No. 2/COLUMBIA ML 4250/℗ 1951 off of the turntable. Note that I was kind of having withdrawal symptoms and Ives was the only classical disc that was reasonably handy.

Currently spinning Six Partitas for Solo Harpsichord/J. S. Bach/Smithsonian Collection; they followed the six Brandenburg Concerti from the same collection and were done on period instruments. Totally different sound from modern instruments.

Note that I finished the rest of the Smithsonian Collection set yesterday: Six Sonatas for Violin and Harpsichord/Two Sonatas for Violin and Basso Continuo. The rest of the day was filled with various classical pipe organ records.
