Not as much as before but it is still on. TV Tropolis shows it at 3:00 & 3:30pm ET and the new Comedy Gold Channel (previously TV Land) that was launched at the beginning of this month airs it as well. Not sure of any other stations that show it in Toronto. Fresh Prince has always been one of my favourite shows to watch.
