A few months late, I will bring the new interesting thing from Budapest as well.Which is none other than the only completed NABI 30C-LF, which is a midibus with a CNG-electric hybrid drive concept, and as far as I know, it was made in TPI's Rhode Island plant in 1999.I took these pictures around 2020, but I will upload this year's pictures soon, because there are still a few NABI buses in Hungary that have remained here for some reason.

These are really cool finds. Could we use a few of the 40C-LFW and 30C-LFW photos for their respective CPTDB Wiki page?

Interesting buses? I wonder how they would work here in the US & Canada? They'd be perfect for ON-Demand services on routes that transit agency's have in their transit systems? Are they 'Wheel Chair accessible'?

As far as I know, Protera also cooperated with TPI at the same time. This is probably why there is a similarity between the two types.

40 CP-LFW is functional in principle, but it probably also needs a mechanical check/upgrade. 30C-LF unfortunately, as far as I know, is not operable, it contains quite unique and complicated technology. In fact, many parts that are in it are no longer manufactured. But with a large investment of time and money, it could probably be made into a working.

Wheelchair option, unfortunately I can't answer that right now. If I find out something about this, I will apply.
