5243 had resumed routes today, and was on route 41, according to TransSee.

This leaves First Transit-West having 5046 and 8106 in their inactive fleet roster.

In addition to these, unless they are still active:

5049, last on route 4/17

5053, last on route 12/6

5177, last on route 8/1

5184, last on route 2/24

8111, last on route 10/13

8129, last on route 10/19

8137, last on route 10/8

Also, does anyone here know when (or if) 1511 will return to route? It was last on route on 10/16/21

One of Sierra Auction's latest Instagram posts indicates that a D40LFR will be auctioned soon. It has yet to be listed in the catalog.

The news came that 6493, 6494, 6497 and 6500 will be auctioned this month.

Is Valley Metro expected to take in more MCI buses soon from their order last year?

7018 had arrived for TotalRide.

Where did you hear this? I haven't seen them listed yet and the official catalog isn't available yet.

They were posted on Proxibid last night. 6493, 6494, 6497 and 6500 will sell alongside 8520.

That was the October 1 delivery.  It appears that the first tranche was for 4 buses, the second tranche was for 14.

7031 hit the streets today on the 542

It just so looks like TotalRide is missing 7020 and 7021, while the East Valley needs 7025 and 7026.

Though I anticipate 7033 to be on routes by month's end.

Phoenix Transit has selected Gillig as its supplier for battery electric buses and New Flyer as its supplier for hybrid and FC electric buses.  Purchases off these contracts are separate from those being purchased off the Washington DES contract.

6491 and 6496 have gone to auction. The D40LFRs are officially in the sunset now.

Does anyone know what might replace the L40LFRs out of Tempe and when?

It's hard to predict what will replace the 2009 L40LFR's, but I could see them replaced during the summer at the earliest.
