mcooknell Posted January 20, 2010 Report Share Posted January 20, 2010 Guess I'll throw in my 1 cent... As far as jobs go, find something that you want to do, that'll make you happy.... Don't forget, it isn't just about money.... So far, I have found that I've was happier making less money than I am now... That said, people overall were easier to get along with, and people would actually help each other when it was needed... I'd much rather go back to the job that paid less, just so I can be happy again... So short story long, find something that'll make you happy.... Unions don't neccessarily make the job better... I've had union jobs where everybody helped each other out, and everybody was happy, and I've had union jobs where people are miserable and some lower management is out to make peoples lives miserable instead of supporting/encouraging their employees...
