Saw this at St. Laurent at 9:43.

Yes, since September. Along with Routes 103 and 182.

JCL is correct. The 101, 103 and 182 get double decker trips during the peak periods. 

This is to accommodate the Department of National Defence workers at Carling Place. Currently a phased approach to move employees from multiple sites with 150 new employees being transferred to this site that started January 9, 2017. 

8,500 are expected to be transferred to Carling Place. The MacKenzie King site (across form Rideau Centre) and Startop Road facilities will still remain where they currently are.
