TTC: 

my bus 8112 was involved in a T- bone collision on sherbourne right now. Car turned in front of the bus.

 

Edit: 2:56am the driver and everyone else on board is fine & the bus only had a slight bent bike rack.

TTC OG hybrid (I think it was 1108) broke own and was being hook onto a tow trunk on the 401 westbound collectors, west of Avenue Rd this passed afternoon. (June 19)

TTC 3701 3707 3708 3716 are on the route 36 Finch West. I noticed that 3716 has some blue stop request buttons in the front. I think this is only inside the second batch of new flyers.

I would hope so seeing as how I keep seeing Jane buses with up to 40 passengers onboard.

Looks like it might be as 9106, 9113 and 9127 are on Jane today.

Had a bit of an indirect drive to work this afternoon to pick up some marine cabling on the way which took me off my usual beaten path and led me to this unexpected sighting.  TTC 826.  Big truck, obviously a support vehicle of some kind, died on the northbound DVP pretty much where the exit lane for Eglinton eastbound forks off and was being hitched to a large Abrams tow truck at about 3:00 PM this afternoon.

You guys don't want to know, Steve Munro does not want to know, TTS does not want to know, HCRR does not want to know, none of you wants to know what evil plans I've got for that marine cabling I was on my way to pick up when I saw this dead TTC truck off on the shoulder being prepared for towing...

I’m back from the surprises of COVID-19, amazingly, mainly riding my bike and working on a virtual airline I have for about a year now (P.S All still going very well). Anyway until my school starts again in October, my sightings will be cut down to every month, though here’s something I’ve been harbouring in my phone for a few days. TTC 3730 was on the 41 Keele for the morning rush hour.

I saw streetcars.

4465 and 4549, the boring 4549, on 503 Kingston Rd.

Long Branch loop had four cop cars in it this morning at 7:20.   It was enough to distract from the transit vehicles in there.  Anybody know what prompted this one?
