*: Highway 7 paving has moved to the section west of the 404, and this is causing significant backups (approximately a 90 minute to 2 hour delay going westbound). Lots of extra runs are out on routes 1, 300, and VIVA Pink/Purple to compensate. 303 even did two express trips in the AM rush (it passed my bus EB at Rodick, and EB again under the 404).

It is almost June and 7067, 7105, 7120 still have / had hot air coming out in the past few days, 7105 became so hot so the windows were all open while the AC was also on this afternoon.

I rode 7120 on Monday and the heat was off, but no A/C. Windows were all open though.

I love when I see buses running around with working A/C and windows open, perhaps people do not realize how air conditioning works? The bus isn't capable of conditioning the entire city, by opening the windows you're basically rendering the A/C useless, not to mention that the A/C vents right above the tip-in windows so it gets blow straight out.

i had passengers complaining the a/c is too cold. Perhpas that's the reason why people opening th window. I told them its either I turn it on or off. I can't please everybody. They like to complain everything ranging from not arriving on time to why you overshoot the bus stop by like less than 50 cm, etc.

It could have been 7123 rather than 7120.

7067 still had the light to moderate heat coming out while the AC was on this afternoon.

I rode 7120 on Monday and the heat was off, but no A/C. Windows were all open though.

A lot of buses are dropping like flies. 7692 and 7512 had coolant leaks. They broke down in the past 2 days. I don't know if weather plays a factor.

7701 was dead yesterday evening westbound at Lawrence & Morningside. The past two summers I have noticed a higher number of broken down S50EGR VIIs versus what I usually see in the cooler months.

Abrams picked up a Orion V at Finch at 10pm today as well. Too dark to see the fleet number.

also they have no power. One of Orion 7 has a hard time going up the Guildwood Parkway and the bridge right outside of the Kennedy Station. It can only go up 20KM without the a/c on and no it doesn't have a blown turbo (i didn't see any black smoke).

The AC Really robs the engine of HP. Many drivers were flooring it and the bus was taking off very slow. Seems to be worse after rebuild. Emissions requirements?

yea but i turned off the a/c when i was going up the guildwood parkway. No power. Rebuild units are hit and a miss just like the unrebuild ones. Some are good, some are bad. When they are bad, they are really bad.
