  1. Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation: Route Change: Route 7 has been converted from fixed route to a demand response service. It is basically a para transit service though ADA eligibility is not needed. Riders can travel between any 2 of the former bus stops for $1.50 or receive door to door service for $3.00 Door to door service is available within .75 miles of the old fixed route. There are no changes to days or hours of service. New buses: Bus 6701 is actually a C&E Pheonix. (body supplier changed at the last minute. The 2018 cutaways arrived and enter service in June. Numbered 6801 to 6803, these are also C&E Pheonix models. COAST bus auctions: COASTs remaining 3 D40LF buses were auctioned off today. 9501 and 9505 retired in 2017 and were used as parts units. I spotted 9502 in service in March 2018, but it was also retired not long after. I do know it was used mostly on the 101. Below is the link to 9502s auction page. (It ends very soon so it may not work by the time this is looked at https://www.govdeals.com/index.cfm?fa=Main.Item&itemid=12&acctid=9492 Wildcat Transit: Route 125x has been discontinued. Please move this to the former routes section. Last run was on May 17th. The Winter Ban Connector has also been eliminated. Bus T29 (2011 Eldorado cutaway) has been retired with a blown engine since late May per a driver I know. Disposition is unknown.
  2. Wildcat Transit: Mast Road Connector is discontinued. Please move this route to the discontinued routes section. To compensate the West Edge Express bus is now serving the CSDC on outbound trips. Routing as such for West Edge is: West Edge-campus-turn around in downtown-CSDC-return to West Edge. COAST: New coach busses. 2001 MCI 102-DL3s. Numbered 2103 and 2104. One is from Concord Coach the other from C&J. Numbers for the two existing coaches from 2000 are 2001 and 2002. The numbering system has also been overhauled. I will mention old numbers for each series followed by their new numbers. Can you please keep the mention of the former numbers to the notes section for each fleet type? 0801-0804 now 3801-3804 1001 and 1002 now 6001 and 6002. 1101 and 1102 now 4101 and 4102. 1201 and 1202 now 5201 and 5202. 1203 and 1204 now 4201 and 4202. 1601-1603 now 6601-6603. The 2016 Gilligs are now 3601-3604. A new minibus, 6701 was delivered in November. It's a 2017 Ford E450 on an Eldorado Aerotech body. There are 3 new 2018 minibuses. (Specs and numbers unknown for now on order. On a separate note, the one D40LF still on the road (9502) is more then likely out of service. The new coaches 2103 and 2104 were meant to replace it. It has been running the 101 Dover Clipper Connection on its own since May but I haven't seen it out since mid January. Nashua Transit: busses 207-212 the 2001 Gillig Low Floors are on Public Surplas for auction. Bidding closes next week. According to the add they are all in roadworthey condition. The last one was pulled from service in Decmber 2017. Of note also bus 213 (also a 2001 low floor) is not for auction so it possibly is being retained a bit longer as a spare bus. Sorry this is so long winded! Happy St, Pactricks Day everyone! Of corse there was something I forgot to add! Wildcat Transit is going to receive CMAQ funding for 4 new buses. At this point the details have not been released publicly. The new buses will replace T31-T34. They've had some reliability issues in the last year or so. Estimated delivery (and therefore retirement of T31-T34 is late 2019 or early 2020. In addition COAST trolley buses (1103-1105 and 1205-1206) have NOT been re numbered at this time.
  3. COAST's 3 2001 Gillig low floors are being auctioned on govdeals this week. 0101 had already been retired and has been stripped of some parts. 0102 and 0103 were retired in June. heres the link (to 0103 the other 2 are easily found) https://www.govdeals.com/index.cfm?fa=Main.Item&itemid=8&acctid=9492 Thanks NHTransitGeek1
  4. According to the COAST board of directors it was decided to keep one 1995 D40LF as a spare bus. I confirmed that bus 9502 was not retired. (I spotted it in service on 5/5/2017. Also, I'm not sure if this has been reflected in the wiki page but busses 9503 and 9504 were auctioned off. (I'm not sure what has happened to 9501 or 9505. Thanks NHTransitGeek1
  5. Wildcat Transit: WT10-WT15 all retired in October. Route 125xno longer serves Gonic Crossing in either direction. COAST: numbers for the 2016 gillig low floors are confirmed to be 1605, 1606, 1607 and 1608. A 4th bus was added to the order to replace 0101 which was retired in January
  6. Hey all, here are a few updates to the bus fleets of my local agencies: Coopertive Alliance for Seacoast Transportation: 1995 D40LF fleet: 9503 and 9504 are still in service all others were retired earlier this month. Bus 0101 (2001 gillig advantage) was also retired and is now a parts bus. Busses 1601-1603 are new. They are 2016 eldorado aerotech vans on the Ford E450 chassis. Wildcat Transit: 3 new cutaway vans have entered service. I saw T46 today. Based on logic and the numbers of other busses I am pretty sure that the new ones are T45-T47. (Since T44 is an EZRider and T48 is a supervisors car) They are 2016 eldorado aerotech cutaways on the Ford E450 chassis. These are more then likely going to replace WT10-WT15 though I'm not sure at this time. Thanks NHTransitGeek1
