  2. I found this old RTS bus laid up near Paddy's Pond outside St. John's, Newfoundland, I was wondering what company it used to belong to.
  3. The OCTA and its articles are in a serious need for updates because the fleet info is incomplete particularly because there are shuttle buses used for OCTA ACCESS Service that are not in the fleet. I have lived in Orange County, California for almost my entire life and this is the bus system where I had my first bus rides in 2015! The following details that must be added to the OCTA and its articles are: The OCTA was established in 1991 from the Orange County Transit District OCTA units 8501-8599 are 2014-2015 Glaval Buses built on a Ford F-450 Chassis OCTA units 8601-8700 series are 201
  4. This content additions page is for all information that is yet to be added into Omnitrans wiki articles as well as information relevant to that bus system. The following information that needs to be added is: Units 131-141 are retired since one of those units didn't appear on the Transsee bus tracker website for Omnitrans, and I didn't see them in service as of last year. The order of 2016 New Flyer XN40s likely caused the retirement of these 2001 model New Flyer C40LFs. 2012 and 2014 New Flyer XN40s from Omnitrans have Voith D864.5 transmissions instead of Allison Transmission, as seen in
  5. This content additions page includes the following info that is to be added to Los Angeles Metro Bus and Rail articles, the LACMTA diesel Orions, as well as the former SCRTD. The LACMTA articles are in need for a serious update as it lacks the Metro Rail fleet roster. The following info that needs to be added are: LACMTA units 5300-5414 VINs are to be linked to New Flyer's 2000 model C40LF 'Y' VINs article LACMTA units 5415-5522 VINs are to be linked to New Flyer's 2001 model C40LF '1' VINs article LACMTA units 7980-7999 have been retired as of September 2017, but they still remain in LA
  6. ( I am not sure why the pictures are sideways. I would suggest clicking on the thumbnails). On, June 11th, 2014, my mother spotted this mysterious GMC New Look (with an interesting marquee on it) in the Hunter's Point/Naval Yard area of San Francisco. I may go to the area to see it one day. Does anyone know the model by first looks?
  7. Does anyone know whether or not the GMC RTS II Articulated Bus, model T9J204, would have been successful if it were to have materialized beyond the prototype phase? Specifications did exist: the powertrain was a Detroit Diesel 6V92TA MUI engine producing 315 hp @ 2100 rpm (#2 diesel fuel) and Allison V735 transmission. In Canada, though, a GM articulated bus did exist, but only for that market (and delivered to just four cities there, all in the province of Ontario: Mississauga; Ottawa; Hamilton and Toronto), only for the 1982 model year and just 53 units made. Essentially it had the GM Clas
