From the NE Transit vehicle Inventory an Update: On 03/24/2022 the MBTA Board of Directors approved a $157 million contract with New Flyer for 160 XDE40 Hybrid buses to be delivered as 80 buses per year in 2023 and 2024 As that order has options for more XDE40’s can be exercised though 2026 and also another note from the NE Transit Mbta vehicle inventory that 2022 New Flyer XDE60 buses 1300 1301 1308 have been placed into Service And Per the Mbta inventory site that 1302, 1304, 1326, 1329, 1332, 1334 have been Delevered to Nebr in Massachusetts And the Split of the XDE60 order is follows 1300-1336 will operate on SL Routes 2 3 4 5 Silverline way And buses 1337-1344 will operate on Silverline 1 to Logan Airport as these buses will be configured for mass port service with luggage racks ect

As of the past few weeks via the Mbta vehicle Inventory the Mbta and Charlestown Garage has transferred buses 1400-1413, 1415-1421, 1424-1425, 1427-1430, 1443, 1445, 1447 to Lynn garage Charlestown Garage will be transferring the remaining 1400 series buses to Lynn garage in the Comming weeks I’ll be updating the thread when more updates comes
