Hey everyone, I know this is a stab in the dark, but I am looking for old photos of Orillia Transit Fishbowl 7501-7504,7705/06 for a video I am working on. If anyone has any at all please message me on here, I don't check often but I do check my messages. Any photos given to me for this video will be given credit to the owner of the photo in my video.

Orillia Transit does NOT have LFR buses(They're smarter than to buy those hunks of junk) When it comes to flyer they have D40LF and XD40.

I saw it downtown around 1745 as an eastbound rte 100 at 5th and Jasper

I see 6002 7 8 and 4759 haven't moved all weekend lol. I was there Saturday driving the 747 and saw them there.

As Trevor said I did get to drive it, but I am not a fan of them. Yes they got alot of power and as quick if not quicker than the 4400 series but im with Charlie on this one I'm old school I love the diesel buses. I hate the D40LFR and D60LFR series buses because they're too quiet. I am a LF kinda guy. Love the sound of the old manly sounding buses. I dont like these electric buses because of the way they drive they are too low to the ground so no over hang I hate the mirrors on them, and I dont like how short the wheel base is causing it to have a larger kick out, they're gonna be shitty in winter here because of how low they are. I think they're a waste of money just like the LFRs were.

Effective April 27th 2014 rte 198 will run hourly from W Clareview Stn to Dow Centre Ft Sask to connect to the 582 583. I will be driving the 198 on Mondays if anyone is wanting to go out there Monday to confirm, if I connect with those buses ill get photos

Mike, that is a noise sensor. 4754 is a "smart bus" all smart buses like this one, you'll notice on the outside and inside by the isle camera those black things, if its loud outside or inside the bus the volume will automatically turn up so passengers can hear over the noise the messages when its calling out the stops or if the driver plays a message over the speakers via the MDT(Mobile Data Terminal??).

They probably don't use one of the D40LF's because a) its not busy enough to run a 40 footer on the 90 or the bus is either the weight of the buses is too much for highway(which wouldn't make sense considering transports use highway 90) or the 40 footers aren't allowed to leave the city or aren't certified to use the highway. I know when I was living in Barrie the drivers weren't allowed to take the buses on highway 400 because they were highway certified and the tires on the buses aren't meant to go over the speed of 70km/h I think.
