  5. 0705 is out on the 34 this afternoon, which leaves only 0706 to return to service Indeed, although it doesn't look like it has affected the 07s returning

  7. 0601 on 34, 0602 on 20, 0702 on 22 and 0709 on 44 all for the first time since May 2019. All have just returned this afternoon.
  8. It’s fallen under the radar from others here but yes it has been back in service in the last week. In addition, 0701 is (as of writing this) doing it’s first scheduled run since May 2019, on the 5/52

  14. It will definitely be interesting to see what is announced, if it’s an LRT, electric buses, I only said LRT cause I believed it to be most likely to be that, but your right it could very well be a electric bus expansion too. Who knows. We will see on Thursday. As for city hall, hopefully they don’t do anything, this is a long time coming, but with the way they are, I wouldn’t hold my breath...

  16. https://www.thespec.com/news/hamilton-region/2021/04/23/hsr-covid-protections.html An article out this morning in the Spec about the union wanting a return to the first wave rear door boarding, and a no mask no ride rule.
  17. Glad to here the Barton is getting them permanently, it's long overdue on there, pandemic and even before the pandemic it was needed. And yes a lot of the tripper runs have 40 foots as opposed to all day runs along the said routes, but it depends usually.
  18. I figured that too considering what is happening out there and the need for artics on the Barton especially for social distancing reasons that was why, but was wondering as I've been seeing 40 foots a lot on the various artic routes.
  19. There has been a lot of 40 foots showing up on artic routes as of late. Does anyone know if there is some sort of shortage of artics?

  22. No it's not you, barely any have the new machines yet. Just 1202, 1604 and 1607 that I know of have the new machines. I've heard rumours that all buses are to get them by November
