  1. Sorry about that, it has now been fixed! With the latest update, you can now see more info on each vehicle (now for Novabus and Newflyer, more brands in the future). You can also see the latest info recorded by each agency. The bug you described have also been fixed!
  2. They could, but they are only ordering one model for now. I don't have any inside info on what their plans are.
  3. You are correct, the wrong field was used. This has been corrected and will be pushed on the next update. And thanks for the feedback, the page will be improved to include more info. I'm also trying to include a VIN decrypter to automatically show info about a vehicle.
  4. The rumor have been confirmed with their latest PDI (check for "Modèle d'affaires autobus - Phase 1", page 31). They will buy around 160 buses and build two garages. The garage will support electric buses, since that's what the next ATUQ order is. And exo is part of the order. Depends on who wins the contract. Yes, recent history say it's gonna be Novabus, but since this is a really different contract (as far as I know, this is one the largest electric bus order in NA). Novabus hasn't made a lot of slow charge buses, not sure how this might impact the bidding process. The call for tenders will end at the beginning of August, we will probably see prices at the end of that month. Exo has also made a call for interest on electric Midibus (30'), but no tender for that.
  5. Sorry about the delay, I'm really busy at work. Looks like this was a issue on STSH side. I've check on my logs and I can't find anything that failed. It works now but I'll keep looking if this issue comes up again.
  6. Thanks for letting me know, I haven't noticed it. The location of the feed has changed, but I've updated it to the new location. The format of the feed has changed and they're using an unusual format. If you notice anything wrong please let me know so I can look into it.
  7. I couldn't say it better than you... The cars are probably not certified yet, since they come from China and this is CRRC's first car in Canada. I also don't understand why the cars were heading towards Central Station? They could very well have entered the yard directly from the Victoria Bridge. This order is getting worse and worse every year.
  8. It's something I've already thought about, but for now I don't intend to integrate the schedule. If I ever would, there would also be the real-time schedule which is more complex and requires more resources (on the server side), especially given the scope of Transit Tracker. I'm not saying no, just not now
  9. The naming convention is use the fleet label that is displayed outside the vehicle. FDL is the only exception (it's a temporary contract).
  10. Please send your suggestions through https://api.transittracker.ca/vin , it's easier that way. Thanks!
  11. Not necessarily, there will be a "Conforme" next to the winner only when exo will publish the final information. See here.
  12. Since these are not 40 foot buses, the STM normally reserves a different series of fleet numbers. The 7xx series could be reserved for midibuses, just as the 8xx series is for articulated buses, or 5xx for minibuses.
  13. Transport en commun de Mont-Tremblant is now available in Transit Tracker! Unfortunately, the Zenbus API dosen't provide a fleet number. There is a form to submit a fleet number if you pass by Mont-Tremblant. As far as I know, there is no real-time tracking for Tremblant village, if there is please let me know and I'll try to add it!
  14. It's a good point, but looking at Google Satellite, I think my first idea is wrong. On the Rail Canadian Atlas, there is a switch at either ends of the siding, but on Satellite view, there is no switch to enter the siding from Taschereau, which makes the siding difficult to use for freight trains. I have simply no idea why it's a low platform then. Strict CN rules?
  15. My guess would be that since this siding is owned by the CN, they would never allow to build a high platform. The siding could theoretically be used by freight trains too.
  16. Transit Tracker v2.6 With version 2.6, you can now subscribe to push notifications! These notifications are available for most browsers, except for iOS devices which do not yet have this feature. There are three types of notifications: New vehicles: receive a notification when there is a new vehicle, for the selected agencies; STM New Flyer: Receive a notification when one of the STM's new electric buses starts a service for the day. With GTFS Tools by @Gerbil, quickly follow the next bus departures; General alerts: be the first to know about new features or other news from Transit Tracker. (Coming soon, in Q1 2022) Favourite buses: select your favourite buses and receive notifications when they enter service for the day. Similar to STM New Flyer notification, but it will be available to all buses. The notification centre is accessible from the settings menu, or by using the bell icon on the home page. This feature is in beta. This is the most complex feature I've ever launched for Transit Tracker. If you encounter any bugs, please let me know! Along push notifications, the exo VIN database has been updated and should allow me to accept suggestions faster than before. Some previous bugs were also corrected. Happy holidays everyone and happy new year 2022!
  17. I believe every bus now have remote diagnostic and statistics, that's the standard now on trains and trucks. Otherwise the bus is always recording events on a onboard computer, they can extract this info once at the garage. Check in the brochure the section about Connect 360.
  18. Seems like the issue has fixed itself on my side. Here is a workaround : you can try to force Chrome to recheck the SSL/HTTPS security certificate. Open Transit Tracker then type this in the address bar: javascript:(window.location='https://api.transittracker.ca/v2/landing') Go back and it should work. If it still doesn't after selecting a region, type this: javascript:(window.location='https://api.transittracker.ca/v2/regions')
  19. I have also noticed this issue yesterday. I also have a Pixel 6, and the issue seems only present in Chrome. Try Firefox, it should work just fine. I have no clue what's happening but I'll keep looking!
  20. Testing of the New Flyers with passenger will start in December. Expect a limited number of buses to be deployed since they are still in testing phase. 40-918 is on the 160 right now. https://www.stm.info/en/press/news/2021/stm-begins-passenger-testing-for-new-electric-buses
  21. I can always dream that someday we will have a perfect rolling stock order without delays, quality control problems or mechanical issues... I hope they can get these issues fixed before revenue service.
  22. There is no indication that they will revoke access to real-time data when it's back. However, for the STM breach, the real-time data was the last thing to go back online.
