There's usually a bunch of 40 footers together and sometimes a 60 foot on that route because of overcrowding by students from Gonzaga and Iona. By the time school finishes for them they use the 60 foots. I saw an XD60 on the 13 too when I went to Zaga. Prob maintenance work or something

There's also new Priority Seating decals like they have on GO Transit. Maybe they should colour code the seating like what TTC did

I've also noticed a big decal on the front windows where the Priority Seating is, it says "SHOW YOU CARE" ".......persons with disabilities......." Overall lmao it looks like an STM bus

The HVAC on the Orion VII EPA10s are hydraulic. Here's a link to the ones used on the buses: https://www.na.thermoking.com/content/dam/tki-na/pdf/brochures/bus/55861_Athenia_AM_II Brochure.pdf In other news, 1731 and 1734 were spotted at Central today. Photos by Theontariotransit fan Also cute snapshot from his YouTube video: 1711 and 1734 together.

I've heard places where MiWay buses are auctioned off to the public. Ones that are probably still in the best conditions...

I doubt it would be the panel. Like I said to @MiWay0310 It could likely just be the sticker. The panel looks somewhat newer in the pic, so I'm likely saying that they took off the sticker from the D60LF and put it on 0727

I wouldn't think that MiWay would use an older model bus to rebuild one of its newer buses... Like I'm pretty sure they use new materials to rebuild them. It would probably be a sticker that they just randomly put on

Those are stuff for the Next Stop system! The cabinets are in every bus including the older D40LFs and LFRs

Apparantly 1730 one of the brand new LFSs has been spotted at Erin Mills Town Centre. Here's some photos: Sorry for blurriness, my friend sent me these photos which were really small so I enlarged them

Next year we will be saying goodbye to these babies

Would MiExpress or all buses benefit from having WiFi and USB charging ports like MTA Buses?
  13. MiWay

When will MiWay experiment with electric buses such as the New Flyer Xcelsior CHARGE and the Nova Bus LFSe?

When it's sunny, the driver likes to turn the interior lights off because there is already bright light coming from the windows. It wouldn't make sense if they have interior lights on when it's bright as heck out, but some ops forget and leave the lights on. On most buses I've been on, especially during the summer, the interior lights are off. I've been in some cases where the lights are on, but I'm just assuming that they forgot to turn them off. For the reading lights on the express buses, they are more dimmer than the usual interior lighting. Especially at night, where people just wanna rest, they prefer more dimmer lighting since they would spend longer times on the express buses than the local buses. I think it's also aesthetically pleasing to have just the reading lights on, and customers prefer it better for the same reasons. These are all my assumptions.
