I havent been on here for a while, but i thought i'd take some time out of my busy schedule to say that i bought a new car!! I bought a 2000 Ford Taurus SEL wagon. Its got 167,000kms & it has every option except leather seats & heated seats.

I did a huge search out, pulled an all-nighter. I had transit law put out an a.p.b. & within an hour he was supposedly spotted in orleans according to a driver, i searched orleans, north gloucester, most of the east/west transitway stations, downtown & barrhaven. I've searched most of the places i could see him going to. Hopefully the search party will have better luck than i did.

I wont be joining the search party right away due to the fact i pulled an all-nighter looking for him. I should be able to join up around 3ish-4ish depending on if the car is at the house

One of my friends had a crisis, i snuck out of the house with my stepdad's car. I made it 3/4 of the way there & then it ran out of gas.

Good news: crisis was resolved

Bad news: I had to push a car half way home

One driver has a Cadillac DTS as a taxi for BlueLine. I couldnt get the number or a picture.

Aylmer taxi has a Honda Civic as a taxicab

Canadian National has texted me with his spottings while out & about. 5001, 5004, 5007 & 5012 were on the 18.

M.Wright just phoned me & he has spotted 8792 at St.Laurent South, in lane 2122. This was spotted at 11:12pm August 8/09

I finally found another Buick park avenue. An 86 this time with 92,000 US miles. Same colors as my old buick :angry: I'll post some pics soon

Like any car, it will probably need maintenance, yeah. Just the added price of owning any vehicle.

My mom's car had an issue with the driver's side window switch, i took the top part of the switch out & now to make the window go up & down, you use a metal screwdriver to jump the two metal pieces on the bottom of the switch also i fixed the clock display on the radio by tapping it with my finger, stays on now too

Redneck repairs: works for low budget people haha

Why did the city force you to put your dog down??? Sounds odd!

My dad was givin the dog when i had to move, he took him out for a walk, then he bit some kid because he picked & chose certain people, then they wanted to sew, but the city said to my dad they would drop the charges if the dog was put down. So he put him down. He was also branded vicious for quite the time too before he got put down.

Anything from bob seger, the hollies, elo, supertramp, pink floyd, rolling stones, beatles, even some old 50s stuff any good song made with real talent & real insurments is good, sounds even better on vintage vinyl

Also, since Albert and Slater streets are technically part of the Transitway, would taking pictures from the sidewalk of either streets be considered breaching the photography by-laws?

Albert and Slater at the bus stations is still considered Transit Property, but even on Transit Property they can't tell you to "get lost" as they so told me on NCC property once when I was with Double T.

I'm unsure if i could go, its all in the money, which i recenly invested almost all of it into the YUL weekend & the fine foods of mtl

I rode some of the new 29s in mtl, one smelt like cat wizz, & two others smelt like model glue & paint

Back from ottawa now, sore & very tired but very satisfyed with how the charters turned out. Even the after charter stuff was fun too. This was one amazing weekend, thanks a lot.

Dont worry, i found a bigger bag so both my transit stuff & the rocket launcher camera will be on board. No film for it though

The money is in the bank, my stuff is all packed, i'm ready!

I had to choose between the 'rocket launcher' camera or vintage OC/STO items, my transit collection won.

Just to let you guys know I SHOULD be there, this time we ain't depending on a carpool, which should make it a go. We got a place to stay and we seem to be alright.

I will be wanting to ride my first STM bus after the Saturday charter, anybody want to help me and Trav hunt down our first STM Classic to ride?
