They want to know the typical things: good with people,reliable,rehirable etc. I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks Andyman, tough not knowing what to expect at training but I will put my best effort forward to all of it. I'm guessing I'll be 1 of very few who aren't transferring in? Kind of intimidating...
I'm very happy Nokia and thanks to all for your support on this board thus far. I know it's hard to get straight off the street now just to study hard and listen to the instructors I suppose? Wow!
It's been a long process but I'm more then willing to take all the steps for a career like this. I have no idea what mode or division I would or should prefer but thank you. Lol
Yes Nokia, there are some variations of change it seems. They currently send you to documentation and then call you with a training date, followed by a division/mode a week later.
