Looks like Sound transit is doing a survey to help with the Long-Range Plan:
-
What routes and any future routes do you think will operate from HTC?
I think 340, 104, 106, 112, 123, 410, 101, 100.
Maybe but I highly do not think it will happen: 388, 301.
Future routes: 399, Carvolth Exchange to Richmond-Brighouse or Bridgeport station, Surrey Central Station to Bridgeport station.
What buses do you see being operate from HTC?
I think 150 Nova LFS HEV (new), 50 Nova LFS HEV Suburban (new).

I, too, have a little better of Autism in me. But it does not really effect but sometimes it does such as making sense in my posts.

Nova's bus from Vancouver or temporary transfer of Vancouver and North Vancouver D40LF to Richmond or Surrey.Where are the replacements coming from? Were not getting an order until the end of next year arent we? Possible service cuts in December i suppose.

That is a good idea. But who would operate the route?$4 to and from Summerland/Penticton .... and people still bitch about the $2.50 fare between Vernon and Kelowna LOL! Anyway, good for Summerland, now if only they'd get a bus going between Summerland and Peachland and one can finally travel through the whole valley. Better yet, get a couple of buses from Penticton, Kelowna and Vernon and start a valley wide connector that runs from Vernon to Penticton without having to tranfer and you really got something. Keep it nice and simple with stops at Vernon Downtown, College, Oyama, Winfield, YLW, UBC0, Queensway, Westbank, Peachland, Summerland and downtown Penticton ... $3 between Kelowna and Vernon or Penticton and $6 between Vernon and Penticton.

So I guess the nine is out of the question. How about 80 ft buses for the 99 B-line?
But the best answer is the extension of Millennium/ Evergreen line extension to UBC.

Yeah my misunderstood the title.Maybe he misunderstood the title to be a 'collectively' 'my' Flickr. I see how that could happen, I don't think he hijacked this thread purposely.
-
I think TransLink should use E60LFR on the 9 to help reduce the demand on 99 B-line and make the 9 go all the way UBC on every trip. If they cannot use E60LFR on 9 use 80 ft buses on the 99 B-Line.

I agree with you about the Mk I destination sign on the side of the trains. But for Mk II destination sign in the front because they could match with the new Mk II.Honestly I think they will start on this within the next few years, but it might take up to ten years from now for the whole fleet to be in the current paint scheme.
Adding onto this, I'd like to see the Mk1s and Mk2s all fitted with destination signs on the front and on the sides of the trains - would definitely make things much simpler for people catching a train so they don't have to wait for the announcement or deviate from their route to the train to see the platform display.

I wish that the 2001-2002 Mark II will get refurbish with the new interior and the current TransLink livery.

Today at around 4:25 pm I saw a Community Transit D30LF on highway 1. Why would the D30LF from Community Transit be here?
