  1. I passed that too as well coming home from work. I was getting prepped for the Heavy Equipment tow when I went by
  2. I like the idea of extending the Tomken route up into Brampton either to Steeles or even further along West Dr. to Clark to the BCC terminal. Would service the Coke and DHL buildings nearby as well as a major E/W route along Steeles.
  3. On a complete fantasy note.....Extend the HSR Waterdown service alone #6, have a Guelph Transit service along # 6 and have them meet in a loop somewhere in the middle.......heehee! Sorry, had to add this!
  4. The joys of low-floor buses and less seating.....heheeheh........but maybe increased ridership too?
  5. I'm with ya Jason on the Nova's and the AA's......nice pic btw for your profile...
  6. I saw 9925 broken down E/B on the Linc, just west of Golf Links Road. Didn't see a driver in it, wonder how long it was there prior and afterwards!
  7. Here is Kevin's answer to this question, as posted originally in the HSR general discussion room
  8. My pleasure to be on the same bus Kev! Yes, forgot the rear section was dark. Made for a comical ride home with all those guys at the back! At least they were having fun and not wrecking the bus. I guess the driver of 927 was enjoying her water with her feet up on the farebox...must've been bored waiting for another coach and such! Hope all goes well with them for tomorrow's revenue debut!
  9. I rode 929 from Limeridge to Ivor Wynne on the Ti-Cat express....All I can say is WOW!!! very nice riding bus, hardly hear a thing in terms of engine noise! On the way back, 927 was broken down at Ivor Wynne, didn't appear able to start. I never got a chance to ask the super what was wrong. 936 is the bus we got back to Limeridge. This again was a very nice bus, packed as we made a stop downtown first, slow running up the Clairemont, as the AIR was blasting, nice and cold though! Otherwise a great ride from this coach! Hope they serve Hamilton well!
  10. I take it the separate stops in front of the plaza are to permit easier access for left turn on to Fennell w/b?
  11. Kinda fitting...........new parts, new service, all goes hand in hand.....hurray to a new fleet ready for another Hamilton transit cycle!
  12. Excellent pics Kev! 2nd picture is my favorite, too bad that plane wasn't facing forward right behind the artics.....image that for an image! Great once again, thx Kev!
  13. .......Funny how the tires managed to stay intact!.....unless they were put on for ease of mobilty afterwards!
  14. I am hazarding a guess it will probably be similar to the TTC's AA system.....display will show the next stop, as well as an audio voice playing the next stop aloud!
  15. I saw 07?? that said "Crown Plaza" this aft. westbound on King at Wellington, about 430pm
