2008 Service Improvements
During the 2008 service improvement proposal period, City Council and the York-Etobicoke Community Council recommended an extension of service on 96 Wilson during peak periods along Torbarrie Road. During the morning peak period, buses would operate west along Wilson Avenue to northbound Bartor Road, looping south along Arrow Road and east on Sheppard Avenue, and looping again to get south along Oakvdale Road and Torbarrie Avenue. Then, east on Kirby Road and south on Jethro Road back to Wilson Avanue. The afternoon peak period buses do this same route, but opposite. TTC further recommended this suggestion.
