Route Details
This route services Bloor Street West between Aukland Road and Markland Drive looping clockwise via Markland Drive. After 10:30pm, route 50 services Mill Road, Burnhamthorpe Road, and The West Mall, looping counter-clockwise. There is one eastern terminal, which is Kipling Station, and one western terminal, Markland Wood for its one branch, 49.

- November 23, 2008 - Late evening service to 1:00 AM provided every day, with service every 30 minutes. 49A branch eliminated (see below). Service cancelled for Mill Road, between Markland Drive and Burnhamthorpe Road.
