Oneonta Public Transit is a public transit carrier for the city of Oneonta, New York.

Services are comprised of nine routes, eight of which begin at the Bus Store, located at 47 Market Street. The Bus Store also is the connecting point for Otsego Express and Trailways of New York buses[1]

From January 1, 2016

Oneonta Public Transit operates with an exact fare system, payable upon boarding.

  • Adult (18-62): $1.25
  • Senior (62+): $.75
  • Student (5-18): $.50
  • Commuter: $2.00
  • City transfer: $.50
  • Interline (from Otsego Express): $1.00 (in addition to regular fare)
  • Zone fare (town): $1.00
  • Zone fare (off route-deviation): $1.00 (in addition to regular fare)
  • Cooperstown - Adult: $3.50
  • Cooperstown - Senior: $2.00
  • Cooperstown - Student: $2.00
  • Pass - 1 day/adult: $6.00 (all routes)
  • Pass - 1 day/senior: $2.00 (excludes Cooperstown route)
  • Pass - 7 day: $25.00 (all routes)
  • Pass - 31 day: $75.00 (all routes)
