Durham Region Transit 8060-8065

Durham Region Transit 8060-8065 are Orion 05.501s originally aquired second hand to Ajax Pickering Transit Authority in early 2005 and acquired by DRT in 2006. 8060-8061 were built for the RGRTA in 1990, and 8062-8065 were built for PAT in 1992.
All buses have driver operated rear doors, but 8060-8061 used to have touch bar operated rear doors. The original side, rear, and front signs were removed on 8062-8065. All front signs were replaced with their respective type listed below.
These buses can be found on mainly rush hour routes in Ajax and Pickering.
