Branch 101, from King and James in Downtown Hamilton, operates eastbound on King Street to Bay Street, where it heads Northbound on Bay to Cannon Street. Leaving Hamilton, the direction of the roadway changes as it crosses the York Boulevard bridge. As a result, it travels east on Plains Road until it reaches Burlington GO Station. The 101 parks on the driveway of Burlington GO Station. Unlike route 1, which stops at both Aldershot GO Station and Mapleview Centre, the 101 bypasses those stops.
