FCA US LLC is the North American subsidiary of Italian-American corporation Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
History
FCA US LLC was created in May 2014 by the merger of Italian automaker Fiat S.p.A. and Chrysler Group LLC into Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. It continued to operate as Chrysler Group LLC until December 2014, when it was renamed to reflect its position as a subsidiary of its new parent organisation.
